TI Arbitration
Trustinvesta Arbitration is an interactive service to resolve conflicts arising between System members.
Arbitration is effective means of dispute-resolving. Its task is to:
Protect rights and interests of TI members and the System itself. Simplify dispute-resolving process. Help disputing parties maintain partnership relations despite difficulties they faced. The primary function of arbitration is:
Recording, investigation, and passing judgment upon complaints, presented against TI members by both TI users and persons or legal entities that do not participate in the System. These can be any complaints against TI members suspected of unlawful, illegal or immoral online activities (fraud, spamming, copyright violation, etc.).
Complaints
Complaints can be filed (free of charge) by both TI members and Internet users that do not participate in the TI system. All complaints are analyzed by the arbitration administration or TI arbitration agent. If the administration finds the facts stated in the complaint valid, it can consider various disciplinary actions, such as blocking access to ID, deleted websites, etc. Complaints are analyzed and considered within 20 days. Complaints about users whose verification status is higher than that of a claimant as well as complaints from Internet users not registered with TI will be added to the blacklist only after being moderated by the arbitration administration. In all other instances complaints are added to the blacklist immediately after being posted.
